General
Backyard Bootcamp involves physical activities and obstacles which carry inherent risks. Use of equipment is at your own risk. All attendees must observe the Entry Conditions at all times.
We use reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions of Backyard Bootcamp are accurate; images and videos are illustrative only. By proceeding with a booking you confirm you are not relying on representations beyond these terms.
1. Entry into Backyard Bootcamp
- All entrants must hold a valid entry ticket for the date and time shown.
- Moving bookings, cancellations and refunds.
We operate a no‑refund policy under any circumstances. Up to 48 hours before your booking, you may move your activity date free of charge (subject to availability) via the link in your confirmation email or by telephone: 07796 823362.- If we cancel your booking, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled booking; no other compensation is payable.
- If we must close once your session has started for reasons beyond our control (e.g. high winds, lightning, icy conditions), we will offer alternative times/dates within one year at no charge. In all other weather, we operate as normal and standard conditions apply.
- Our Site will guide you through the booking process. Before submitting your Order, please check it carefully and ensure each guest satisfies the Entry Conditions. By submitting an Order you confirm authority to book on behalf of your party and accept these terms.
- No part of Our Site constitutes a contractual offer. Your Order is an offer that we may accept at our discretion. Our acknowledgement is not acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only when we email your booking confirmation.
- If we cannot accept or fulfil your Order (e.g. requested dates unavailable), no payment will be taken or, if taken, will be refunded within 7 Business Days.
- You may request to change your booking date up to 14 days before attendance. We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate but cannot guarantee all changes.
- Where you purchase tickets for others, you accept the Entry Conditions (including any waiver) on behalf of every guest and must ensure compliance by each person.
- Exclusive‑use bookings must be made directly with us. Payment is required in advance unless special credit terms are agreed. We may require a non‑refundable deposit and full payment 24 hours prior to attendance; entry may be refused if any amount remains outstanding.
- Payment for all tickets online/telephone must be made in advance during the order process.
2. Changes to Backyard Bootcamp
- We will endeavour to make as many obstacles available as possible but may remove or close obstacles without notice where necessary.
- For safety or operational reasons (including staffing, weather, capacity, special events, security), we may close all or part of Backyard Bootcamp or suspend operations. If closed for these reasons, we may offer substitute tickets for an alternative date.
3. Entry Requirements
- Admission is subject to the Entry Conditions. Failure to comply or complete the online Attendee Disclaimer may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund. Follow the reasonable instructions of our personnel and authorised third parties at all times.
- You have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, considering any medical conditions. Behave safely and do not disturb other users.
