Church Road, Barrow, Bury St Edmunds. Our new site after the closure of The Playground — continually improving and developing with fresh obstacles.

Session Times: Tuesday 6:30pm · Thursday 6:30pm · Saturday 9:00am (1 hour)

Ipswich (Suffolk Food Hall)

Purpose-built assault course with flowy layouts and progression-friendly obstacles — perfect for first timers and seasoned racers.

Session Times: Saturday 9:00am (1 hour)

Fully qualified Personal Trainer with GP Referral, Pre/Post-Natal, and Exercise for Older Adults. Expert at adapting sessions so everyone succeeds.

Do I need experience?

Nope! Absolute beginners welcome — we scale everything.

What should I bring?

Trail shoes if you have them, water, and layers you don’t mind getting a bit muddy.

Is it suitable pre/post-natal or for older adults?

Yes. Laura is qualified in Pre/Post-Natal, GP Referral and Exercise for Older Adults — we’ll tailor movements to you.
